Bliss Meditations explore: simple meditation on the breath, loving-kindness meditation, healing meditations, mantra meditation, mudra meditations, as well as other guided relaxation/visualization journeys.
Bliss Guided Meditation sessions include simple seated as well as lying down guided meditations. No experience is necessary. It's suggested to wear comfortable clothing, and have an extra layer and pillow handy.
