breathe in deeply, exhale fully ('ha' with a soft mouth) and feel your shoulders and rest of body and mind relax. Soak up healing energy from the green grass, trees, flowers and sun, and delight in the songs of the birds and bright coloured leaves and fragrant blossoms..
Everything restores itself if allowed.
Nature is a powerful grounding and balancing support for us.
