This practice nourishes a heart-based relationship with ourselves, and with others including our mother earth. This therapeutic and relaxing massage involves deep static and rhythmic pressures, and a variety of yoga-like postures. Throughout the treatment, rhythmic rocking and targeted acupressure are used to replenish energy stores, open the body, and create a deep state of relaxation.

Bliss Guided Meditation

Enjoy a guided meditation practice. These sessions include simple seated meditations as well as a lying down guided relaxation meditation. Meditation is a powerful gateway to expanded awareness, compassion and ease. No experience is necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothing as we sit in circle on the floor (cushions provided).
We will enter the space in silence, as we tune inside.

Heart-based Sharing Workshop


Heart-based Sharing Workshop

This is an introductory experiential session exploring heart-based sharing in a circle.
Much of urban modern life is mentally focused and often encourages imbalanced thinking reflecting competition, 'not enough', and other fear consciousness. As a result, as adults we may not easily open and live from our hearts.

We will join in circle and create an intentional space that is accepting, responsible, safe. The practice of heart-based sharing develops feelings of trust, safety, and the capacity to love and accept ourselves, and others more fully and unconditionally. No experience is necessary. Irena facilitates the session. Please wear comfortable clothing, as we will sit in circle (cushions provided).

Blissing - Open Heart



"Open Heart" Blissing...

Only we can open our hearts more fully.
And we do so most easily when we feel safe, and when we trust ourselves and others. As we expand our self-awareness, we begin to witness our own fears, judgements, and limiting beliefs. We can transcend these through the simple yet powerful practice of holding a heart space of unconditional love and acceptance for ourselves.
